  1. Roast 1-2 organic whole chickens (or buy one already cooked) at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes (or until temperature is 145), and remove the meat.
  2. Place the carcasses, skin, juice, and fat into the bottom of a crockpot.
  3. Cover carcasses completely with water
  4. Add Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Pepper, Herbs, and Lemon
  5. Cook on low for 24 hours
  6. Strain and store in heat safe containers.
  7. Drink a glass heated each morning after Alkalizing Detox Water
