Homemade Peanut Butter & Jelly Cups
Homemade peanut butter and jelly cups are made perfect with a dash of Himalayan pink sea salt
Place cupcake liners in a muffin tin
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or a double broiler on the stove and add the coconut oil
Place 1 teaspoon of chocolate in the bottom of the cupcake liner and turn or use a pastry brush to coat the bottom
Put into freezer for 20 minutes
While in the freezer, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar. Place in fridge for 10 minutes.
When peanut butter is done in first round in the freezer, roll into teaspoon size balls and place inside the frozen chocolate cups. Put in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Remove after 15 minutes and put 1/2 teaspoon of jelly on top of peanut butter.
Cover each cup with chocolate and sprinkle sea salt on top, and put in freezer for another 20 minutes.
Take out of the freezer and enjoy!
*You might need to add a little more coconut oil to the chocolate to thin it
